Question: Do I have to register for the membership in order to apply for the point system?
Ans: Yes. Points would be given only to registered members when the purchase and payment is made. However, newly registered member will receive 2 points upon approval of the registration.
*Note: It could takes 1-2 days for the points to be credit to your account.

Question: How does the point system benefits me, and how does it works?
Ans: Each time when the purchase is completed with the amount of $10 and above, points will be given to you.
1 point is equivalent to 3% of the product price
eg. Price of Product A = $30
3 Points earned (3%) = $0.90
You could use the points that you earned to purchase an item in future.
Please note that the points must be to be used within 3 months from the date of each point is given, else the points will be forfeited.
Question: Do i still receive points to the purchase using points?
Ans: Yes, you will still receive point when you make a purchase using you existing points as those points are acting like the cash rebate.

Question: Why there is "x points received" shown on some of the products while some other products did not even show the number of points received at the product information page.
Ans: The "x points received" means the extra points given to a product. Only selected products are given extra points and the points would appeared at the product information page.
eg. Product A price = $23 (2 points earned)
extra points given = 1 point
Total points received = 2 + 1 points = 3 points
Note: You would see the total points that you have earned after you checkout the products.
